Spacious and bright room, comfortable bed, fast check in. Our room had a washing machine with a drier (and washing liquid) and a microwave which made it super comfortable. Quite a nice city view from a 10th floor. A few convenience stores just next doors.

The room size is good. The beds were soft and the pillows were enough for a room of 4. Front desk are 24-hours available. The staff was really helpful and taxi can be found easily. There was a coffee bar and ice-making machine provided for free at 24 hours. Air conditioner was in good condition and temperature could be adjusted easily. There're many store around the hotel. Yoshinoya/sukiya were just next to the hotel. Big camera and Daimaru were around 5 minutes walk. The airport was around 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Location is very convenient to many eatery areas, the room is small but all facilities are available.

the room layout is nice to open 2 large suitcases and cabin luggages comfortably, excellent room facilities (they even have microwave, washing machine, sink, induction stove in the room), good location

i had stayed most of the trip at another hotel near by that was quite basic and want some creature comforts for the last evenings. I expected from the photos that it would be better but for a 3 star hotel with the prices charged it was amazing. Rooms are very modern/new. Has a washer dryer in the room you can load and leave so now need to wait around. microwave also was a plus. beds were firm but not hard and duvet was comfortable. I was on a high floor so it was a silent night (for the first time that trip). Location is close to two metro lines and the island center (Tenjin). Breakfast was great and once seated you get landed with a cooked breakfast western style with a japanese twist. loads of choice for breakfast also. Bathroom is very high spec and everything very clean.

Having stayed in three different hotels in Fukuoka, I must say that this hotel offers the most spacious twin room. The inclusion of a washing and dryer machine in the room is quite convenient. Furthermore, the location is excellent, within walking distance to Yatai Yokocho, and Tenjin underground shopping is just a short 10-minute walk away.

Tokyu Stay Fukuoka was conveniently located to the train station, restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to by the metro. The hotel also had a washer/dryer which my family needed after traveling for quite some time. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My family and I had a positive experience staying at Tokyu Fukuoka and will definitely share our experience with friends and family looking for accommodations in Japan.

Washing machine and dryer (2 in one) was excellent . It wasn’t noisy. Room is not too squeezy. There’s space to walk around . Location is quite good. Would stay here again for the washing machine and dryer!

Staff members were friendly and helpful to answer questions. Cleaning items, tea bags, free coffee and ice were available for customers in the lobby. It took about 10-mins to a subway station. Nice to have a washing machine and a microwave in our room!!

The room is clean with lots of charging points, air conditioning, microwave and washer/dryer are great. Bed is comfortable and hotel provided 2 pillows for each guest. Location is excellent.
